hey umm why do these colors look like there not like colored pencil or whatever it looks like its like colors from the computer idk how to explain what im trying to say i think im trying to say is that picture colored be colored pencils ? lol idk

Lol no it was done in colored pencil. I think the blue looks that way because my scanner blended it and made it overly bright and smooth, but it has never done it before this picture.
